This month, we're opening our first office in the Asia-Pacific region, led by our co-founder Sir Andrew Strauss as the new CEO of APAC. It's a move that shows both how far we've come and where we're headed next.
When we started Mindflick, the vision was to bring performance psychology to everyone. That vision is becoming reality: the number of professionals utilising Mindflick's platform has tripled in just two years, we've delivered 80,000 psychometric profiles, and we've accredited over 1,200 practitioners.
We're proud to have recently welcomed Manchester United as a partner, and we continue to work across sport. But we've expanded well beyond it too, working alongside businesses like J.P. Morgan, Amazon and Allianz. The pressures they face are the ones athletes know well: performing together when it matters most.
Mindflick comes to APAC
We already support organisations across Europe, North America, Australia, India and South Africa. However, with Sir Andrew Strauss headquartered in Hong Kong, Mindflick is shaping a new chapter.
Across APAC, organisations are investing hard in leadership and team development as they grow across markets, cultures and languages at speed. Teams are hybrid, cross-functional and stretched, and the challenge is to align fast across difference. That's exactly what we built Mindflick to do. Most performance issues surface between people, not within them, and they surface fastest when teams are moving quickly.
"In sport, adaptability separates good teams from winning teams. In businesses across the globe, the same principle applies. I'm excited to take on this new role as CEO of APAC, bringing Mindflick's performance psychometric platform to new organisations," says Sir Andrew Strauss.
The operating system for high performance
For leaders across APAC, getting more out of their teams has become the competitive edge. Yet many of the tools built to help were designed for a world of work that looks nothing like today's.
Mindflick is built for how teams actually work now. It moves people from awareness to activation, and from the workshop into the flow of work, so leaders can watch their teams adapt, align and deliver together in real time. Not people understood on paper, but people performing when it counts.
Andrew's move from Executive Chairman to CEO of APAC shows how serious we are about that belief.
