Mark was Team GB Head Psychologist at the London 2012 Games and worked alongside Sir Andrew Strauss and the England men's cricket team as they became the world's number 1 between 2009 and 2014. This shared experience with Andrew was the catalyst for creating Mindflick.
As CEO and co-founder of Mindflick, Mark is responsible for igniting the vision and directing the strategy for the business. Mark oversees and continues to lead several high-performance coaching programmes, including work with several Fortune 500 companies and C-suite executives to enhance individual and team performance. Co-author of 'Pig Wrestling', the ultimate guide to problem-solving, Mark adds experience and creativity to our product development.
