The challenge
Five Acre Wood is a specialist school supporting pupils aged 2 to 19 with profound, severe, and complex learning difficulties. With 850 pupils and 450 staff, maintaining strong communication and collaboration across such a large and diverse workforce was critical to delivering world-class education.
Differences in personality and communication styles sometimes created barriers to teamwork, impacting staff connection and, ultimately, the supportive learning environment for pupils. Five Acre Wood wanted to deepen staff understanding of one another, improve collaboration, and strengthen the school’s inclusive culture.
The solution
