My publications
Kate brings extensive experience from high performance, having previously worked as Lead Psychologist for GB Boxing, supporting the team across the Rio and Tokyo Olympic cycles, and as Head of First Team Psychology at Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club.
Her PhD explored the concept of Super-Strengths, how identifying and maximising our greatest attributes can unlock psychological and performance gains. Kate brings this research expertise, alongside her experience of working at the highest levels of sport, to her role as a High-Performance Coach at Mindflick.
Having worked directly with athletes, coaches, and staff, as well as leading psychology strategies within elite sporting environments, Kate understands what it takes to translate high performance principles into meaningful and sustainable change. She brings this expertise to her team development and individual coaching programmes, helping people and teams perform at their best.
Kate is a strengths-based coach who believes people already have many of the resources they need to thrive. Drawing on her expertise in Super-Strengths, she helps clients recognise, develop, and maximise their strengths to create effective change and enhance performance. Her knowledge, energy and practical approach bring a positive dynamic to every team and individual coaching session.
