Ten years ago Mindflick's founders embarked on a mission to make performance psychology available to the masses. 

Whilst we are committed to spreading our message, getting our products and thinking across the globe, our Pay It Forward plan is the counterweight to ensure we stay true to our founding beliefs and grow our business in an ethical and culturally sensitive way. 

Our Pay It Forward mission ensures we stay connected to our purpose, look after our people, protect the plane and remain a force for good whilst reaching for our goals.

At Mindflick, we’ve always been committed to supporting charitable work and reaching our services to those in need. We believe everyone should have equal opportunities to succeed, regardless of their background, particularly within our field of performance psychology. We’re committed to removing barriers and creating clear pathways for upward mobility to those who need it most. We also partner with innovative, thoughtful charities who make a lasting impact on those who need it most.

SUSTAINABILITY

We work in the beautiful Peak District, but our footprint isn’t limited to the Hope Valley.  We operate across the UK and globally.  As we grow, we want to ensure we have a positive impact on people and teams across the globe, but not at the expense of the planet. We’re committed to short and long term strategies to become more sustainable, by challenging how we do things in our work environment, how we travel across the UK and abroad, source our supplies and support our local community, all with the aim of becoming carbon neutral and climate positive.
