As Business Operations Manager, Alison is responsible for all of Mindflick’s operations, ranging from Customer Experience and Relationship Management, to HR and Health and Safety.
Before co-founding Mindflick® Mark spent 20 years as a performance psychologist, which saw him work across elite sport, education, health and business.
Pete has always been fascinated by the areas of psychology and design, exploring how complex ideas can be made accessible and relevant to individuals and teams.
Over recent years, Pete has worked with Michelin starred chefs, senior executives from tech start-ups and leaders from FTSE 100s.
Philippa works with Mindflick as a performance psychology consultant across both sport and corporate environments. Alongside her work here, she is still keeping her football roots by currently supporting the England women’s U17 team ahead of their European and World Cup cycle.
Tim’s work has a particular focus on the way in which our language shapes our thoughts, how individuals can get unstuck from thinking traps, and the critical importance of intervention design.
As a research scientist with Mindflick and applied research consultant in professional football, Chin seeks to understand the needs of people, teams and systems, and supporting them to create innovative, research-driven solutions in their work.
This work often involves making esoteric but potentially impactful research concepts and findings more accessible to people.
Pati is a big believer in the power of visual language. Her role at mindflick is to visually represent the company, its values and products, whilst working with an experienced team of psychologists to better understand people.
Liam joined our team having worked in settings as diverse as professional cricket to the mental health sector in Sri Lanka, and leads our research into the concept of adaptability and its benefits within the workplace.
Alongside his role with Mindflick, he works as a Psychology Technical Lead within the English Institute of Sport and currently supports the England Women’s Cricket Team where he helped them to win the World Cup in the summer of 2017.
