Today we're delighted to announce our partnership with Coreus as it rolls out the Mindflick performance psychometric platform across its entire business, giving every one of its people a shared language for connection and performance.
Founded by Andrew Clancy in 2019, the firm has gone from a one-person business to a national consultancy across offices in Exeter, Bristol, Birmingham, London and Truro.
It's an exciting moment to be starting this work. Coreus has just been named the UK's best workplace for 16 to 34-year-olds by the Sunday Times, the first construction consultancy to earn this title.
Coreus is a young, fast-growing business: around 70% of its workforce is aged between 16 and 40, and one in ten are apprentices. Rolling Mindflick out to everyone gives the whole company a common way to understand how each person thinks, works and performs, along with the practical tools to build on it every day.
It starts with the Mindflick profile. Each person sees where their strengths sit across their behavioural style and mindset preferences, learns where a strength can tip into a watch-out when it's overplayed, and picks up how to flex their approach to suit different people and situations. Team maps show groups how they fit together and help them adapt as they grow, while strength spotting lets colleagues recognise the best in each other.
Much of that value shows up in conversation. Coreus wants its new generation of young leaders, and their teams, to hold high-quality coaching and mentoring conversations, and Mindflick gives them a practical way to build those skills and frameworks.
The partnership is already underway. Coreus has kicked off the launch with a company-wide session at its annual away day, followed by a dedicated session for the Senior Leadership Team. Both CEO Andrew Clancy and Senior People & Culure Manager Nathan are stepping in as Mindflick champions, running team sessions to keep the momentum going and embed the platform across the business.
"We built Coreus to be a place people genuinely want to work for and with, and a big part of that is watching younger people step into leadership far quicker than this industry usually allows. What we owe them is the support to do it well. Mindflick gives our leaders a shared language and a practical way to have better conversations with their teams, day in, day out. It fits exactly the kind of coaching culture we're trying to build," adds Andrew Clancy, founder and CEO of Coreus.
Dr Tim Pitt, Head of Product and Director at Mindflick, added: "Coreus is doing something genuinely rare: trusting people early and promoting from within at pace. That puts a lot of weight on the quality of everyday line management, and it's where Mindflick steps in. We're not here to run a workshop and leave; we're here to help every Coreus leader turn insight into small, repeated shifts in how they show up for their teams. We can't wait to see the change it sparks."
For a young, fast-growing business, the shared mindset and everyday habits its people build together will supercharge relationships. We're proud to partner with Coreus in building that, and we're looking forward to seeing what its people do with it.
